The built-in email client which available in the Level 7 program can be used to send bulk emails to your customers.  Primary bulk email capabilities are found in the Mailing List Module.

In the Mailing List Module, you can create different email lists and target the lists to selected demographics.  For example, you can create a mailing list of customers that purchased a certain product or a certain category of products.  The email module allows you to compose a message to your customers and save the message for future reference.  It will keep track of how many emails were sent.  And it includes a feature which allows you to remove invalid addresses.

You can also send bulk emails from the Customer Database.  The customer database doesn't provide the flexibility of the Mailing List Module, but it does allow you send out a bulk mailing to all regular customers.
