Clear All Blanks

The Clear All Blanks feature will clear everything that you have typed on the invoice form, except any products.  (To clear products, use EDIT and DELETE ITEM ROW).

To use the feature, select EDIT and CLEAR ALL BLANKS from the Menu Bar on top of the screen.  A warning message will ask if you are sure you want to continue.  If you click on YES (Yes, continued), the blanks will be cleared.

Note that for proper accounting reasons, you can't delete invoices. If you don't want to use the invoice, the program can void the invoice for you. (See Void Invoice for more information).
