The Customer Database (or Customer Information Database) is used to store your regular customers.  If you have customers that buy once in a great while, it's easier to enter them directly on an invoice and not clutter up your Customer Database.

But if you have regular customers, you'll want to enter them in the Customer Database.

The Customer Information Database Screen is accessed by selecting MAIN TASKS and CUSTOMER ADDRESSES AND NUMBERS from the Menu Bar.
